Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will lead the optimization of digital customer experience and execution of marketing initiatives across the company's website, partner websites and broader digital ecosystem.

This role combines project management expertise with business analytics to ensure seamless execution of digital strategies and data-driven decision-making. You will oversee the integration of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms while working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product/Underwriting, Sales, Customer Service, Tech, and Product Design teams, to deliver cohesive, customer-centric experiences that drive engagement, conversions, and business growth.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Channel Management and Product Updates
    • Maintain Digital Platforms: Ensure smooth operation of the company and partner platforms, keeping content up-to-date and features upgraded.
    • Product Development: Collaborate with Product Design and Tech teams to prioritize, develop, and release customer-focused features, including gathering requirements, managing development in Jira, and aligning with business goals.
    • SEO Optimization: Support the Group SEO lead by ensuring optimized copy, banners, and content flow, and implementing feedback for improved SEO and page performance.
    • Quality Assurance: Partner with Product Design and Tech teams to conduct end-to-end testing, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
  • Customer Journey Mapping and Conversion Optimization
    • Customer Insights: Gathering feedback, conducting surveys, and analyzing data to understand customer profiles and personalize their experiences.
    • Market Research: Analyzing competitor journeys and conducting market research to inform product and UI/UX strategies.
    • Optimization: Partnering with product and tech teams to conduct A/B testing and optimize user journeys for engagement and conversions.
    • Customer Journey Mapping: Mapping and analyzing customer journeys across all touchpoints to identify pain points and opportunities.
    • Partner Support: Developing marketing assets for partners and creating tailored customer journey flows for key partners.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with tech and design teams to smoothly launch new features, updates, and enhancements.
    • Act as a liaison between various internal teams (marketing, product, customer service, design, sales, and tech) to ensure everyone is aligned and focused on the customer.
  • Performance Monitoring
    • Track KPIs related to website performance, user engagement, and revenue.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for both local and group executives.
Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management and business analysis, preferably in a digital environment.
  • Proven track record of managing websites and driving revenue growth.
  • Amenable to work in a hybrid/full onsite set-up in Alabang

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience with project management tools.
