What You’ll Do:

  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews on platforms like Yotpo, Trustpilot, Sitejabber, and Google Reviews to maintain a strong brand presence.
  • Engage with customers professionally and empathetically, acknowledging positive feedback and addressing concerns in a brand-aligned manner.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support and Marketing teams to resolve customer issues reflected in reviews, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Track, analyze, and report trends in customer feedback to identify opportunities for product or service improvements.
  • Encourage satisfied customers to leave authentic reviews to enhance the brand’s credibility and online reputation.
  • Ensure timely responses to reviews to uphold Velvet Caviar’s high customer service standards.
  • Assist in improving customer experience initiatives based on insights gathered from online reviews and feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices for reputation management and help implement strategies to strengthen Velvet Caviar’s online presence.

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service - reviews management
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft professional, engaging, and on-brand responses.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset when handling reviews and feedback.
  • Familiarity with online review platforms like Yotpo, Trustpilot, Sitejabber, Google Reviews, or similar.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track and manage review responses efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail customer service is a must
  • Available to work 9 AM - 5 PM EST to align with business needs.
