Degree qualified with exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal), you will have 5 – 8 years proven experience in a recruitment, talent sourcing/research or end-to-end recruitment role ideally within an outbound or a similar environment. At least 3 years of IT recruitment background is a must.

A confident and inquisitive individual, you are excited about speaking to different people from around the world, and your ability to build strong relationships will ensure you are successful in maintaining and building a strong talent pipeline to ensure your success.
