As IT Project Lead, you are assigned to manage and lead the successful delivery of projects either initiated by IT or IT stakeholders. Ensure optimal planning, execution and stakeholder engagement.

Your main responsibilities are

Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns related to project progress.

Progress Monitoring: Track project progress against milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards, and making adjustments as needed.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet established quality standards and align with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and lessons learned, to provide transparency and facilitate knowledge transfer for future projects.

Risk Identification and Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks to project success and develop strategies to mitigate those risks effectively.

Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and minimizing project costs without compromising quality.

Documentation: Ensure complete and thorough documentation of project charters, business requirements, issue lists, action plans and test cases.

Project Milestones: Every milestone goes through a milestone review. Initiate and trigger milestone reviews, complete with checklists for activities and documentation. Lead Go/No-Go meetings and secure alignment with key stakeholders.

Project Metrics: Establish measurement strategies for project success measures (lead and lag)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, accounting, project management or a related field.
  • Preferred but not required: At least 35 cumulative hours of project management trainings.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading cross-functional projects. If not cross-functional then ideally IT projects.
  • Preferred but not required: Experience in companies in Retail or/and Food & Beverage industry.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Paranaque.
