Role Overview
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer who will play a key role in both pre-sales and post-sales support, helping customers understand, implement, and optimize Revnue’s platform for their business needs. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and customer interaction, making it an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about both technology and customer success.
Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and demonstrate how Revnue’s platform can solve their challenges.
- Conduct live product demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions.
- Work with customers to identify integration opportunities and recommend the best solutions.
- Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other technical sales documentation.
Post-Sales Support & Implementation
- Support customers in the implementation and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to Revnue’s platform.
- Lead data migration efforts, helping customers consolidate, clean, and import their data into the system.
- Provide hands-on guidance for integrations, APIs, and system configurations based on customer needs.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers maximize the value of Revnue’s platform.
Customer Success & Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, working closely with product and engineering teams when needed.
- Deliver training sessions and create documentation to help customers effectively use the platform.
- Gather feedback from customers and contribute insights to product development and feature enhancements.
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring long-term engagement and success.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Implementation Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise software solutions.
- Experience with data migration, onboarding, and system integrations.
- Technical proficiency in APIs, SQL, and data structures (a plus, but not required).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, or Asset Management platforms is a plus.
- Must be willing and able to work US time zone and in occasional rotational shifts.
