Job Title: AVP for Finance

Reports to: President & GM

Job Summary:

The AVP for Finance oversees financial strategy, planning, procurement, and fiscal management to ensure efficiency, compliance, and long-term sustainability. This role drives financial performance, investment decisions, procurement governance, and cost optimization to support tollway operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop financial strategies, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and guide executive decision-making.
  • Accounting & Financial Management: Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and liquidity management.
  • Investment & Capital Management: Manage capital investments, funding strategies, and financial modeling.
  • Procurement & Supply Chain: Oversee procurement planning, supplier management, and cost-effective sourcing.
  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure tax compliance, regulatory adherence, and implement internal controls.
  • Cost Efficiency & Revenue Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize toll revenue, and improve financial processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CFA preferred. MBA is an advantage.
  • 12–15 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong background in infrastructure, toll operations, or PPP projects.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, risk management, and compliance.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
