Human Resources Assistant or Associate
Training Provider Management
§ Source and participate in the screening of training providers, facilitate accreditation process, and maintain database of providers and their respective performance assessment/feedback.
§ Recommend possible accredited training providers based on needs identified.
§ Help in negotiating and influencing the fees of training providers.
§ Prepare training contracts and facilitate approval process.
§ Prepare training providers’ payment requisition memos and facilitate approval process.
Career & Succession Planning
§ Assist in the cascade of Career and Succession Planning process.
§ In partnership with Account-HR, facilitate succession planning meetings and document agreements.
§ Monitor and document compliance to career planning and succession planning requirements – process and resultant reports, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
§ Consolidate outputs and translate them into presentation and management reports.
A. Education/Work Experience
§ College graduate preferably with a degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or Communication.
§ At least two years hands-on experience in training execution.
B. Knowledge and Skills Required
§ Excellent written and oral communication skills
§ Very good command of the English language
§ Ability to speak in public
§ Highly organized, punctual and responsible
§ Analytical, driven and problem-solver
§ Business and results oriented person
§ Team worker
§ Very good interpersonal skills, able to build trust and rapport with stakeholders
§ Creative thinking, able to think out of the box and deal with ambiguity in coming up with
recommendations on training initiatives
§ Report writing, able to prepare reports in a comprehensive yet direct to the point manner
§ Ability to travel
§ Computer skills (MS Office Applications)
