Key Responsibilities:

- Generate reports and analytics related to workforce planning, payroll, and performance management.
- Assist in system upgrades, integrations, and implementations of new HR technologies.
- Liaise with IT and software vendors to resolve system-related issues and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, including user manuals and best practices.
- Ensure HRIS compliance with data privacy regulations and company security policies.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements to enhance HR processes and efficiency.
- Provide support for payroll processing and employee self-service portals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HRIS administration or HR technology-related roles.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as SAP, Workday, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in HR data reporting and analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and training skills to support end-users.
- Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and data privacy regulations is an advantage.
