Responsibilities

  • In-charge of end-to-end recruitment process:
  • Coordinate with department heads on the manpower headcount, and receive/monitor the
  • submission of approved Personnel Requisition Forms (PRFs)
  • Source and screen applicants.
  • Conduct initial interview and give recommendations based on the interview and online
  • assessment.
  • Prepare compensation analysis and job offer based on approved salary structure.
  • Coordinate/conduct the background check on all new employees with the identified third
  • party agency.
  • Ensure all pre-employment documents are complete for each new hire.
  • Prepare employment contract and Company ID.
  • Prepare and regularly update headcount/manpower reports such as, Manpower
  • Headcount reports (monthly) and Weekly Recruitment Monitoring reports, etc.
  • Orient, assist and endorse newly-hired employees to the requisitioning department.
  • Update and safekeep employee 201 files, and other employment-related files.
  • Implement HR policies and processes on recruitment, employee movement, and training.
  • Prepare and release the Weekly Recruitment Report to Management as required.
  • Ensure all processes are within the approved standard Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Develop/improve the HR department’s recruitment system (strategies, policies and
  • procedures, forms, etc.).

Qualifications

  • College graduate with a degree preferably in Behavioral Science, Industrial
  • Psychology, or Business Management or equivalent
  • Two (2) years performing various recruitment functions
  • With expertise on sourcing strategy to attract candidates
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Makati Office
