  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary: Oversees and authorizes processing of client disbursement requests (check issuance/USD/EUR cash withdrawals) check clearing, delivery and collection of various documents and records management

Responsibilities:

  • Validate and authorize issuance and clearing of Manager’s check /USD Demand Drafts/Client’s deposits and issued check
  • USD/EUR cash withdrawals using the designated settlement system
  • Supervises delivery and collection of various documents to and from clients, BSP and PCHC
  • Ensure updating and maintenance of reports pertaining to float/reconcilement items
  • Ensure that transaction confirmations are sent to clients on time(as necessary)
  • Perform EOD activities to ensure that all transactions for the day processed accurately and on time
  • Perform maker/checker functions as alternate/back-ups as may be required

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

  • Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in bank operations or its equivalent
  • Knowledge in settlements transaction processing and extensive product knowledge
  • With strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attentive to details , organized and with a clear sense of urgency
