  • Post jobs to internal and external sites, manage recruitment mailboxes, and produce reports.
  • Update candidate statuses in the Applicant Tracking System and provide operational support.
  • Represent the sourcing team in client meetings and offer market insights.
  • Assist in data gathering for recruitment reports and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4-5 years of experience in volume and leadership/corporate hiring
  • Preferred experience in BPO/Shared Service/Agency recruitment
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage with high-level clients.
  • Flexible with the schedule and hybrid work arrangement, at least once a week/month
