As the Marketing and Business Development Executive for Residential and Commercial / Industrial segment, you will serve as the front liner in catering to the concerns of various clients as well as project concerns and requirements whether sales or marketing in nature. You will directly interface with prospective new and existing clients as well technical and other Support Groups within the SGSC organization. Duties And Responsibilities
Provide support in Technical, Sales and Marketing to the Head of Sales ( Sales Director) with tasks including, but not limited to:
Technical Related Task
- Collate and organize all technical information/data and documents ( SLD, PV Syst, PV Layout, Component Data Sheets etc.) available and deemed related to solar PV System projects being worked on.
- Review Solar PV System Designs, Bill of Materials, Gantt charts and other related technical data and requirements.
- Attend meetings and technical seminars related to project management of existing/live and potential solar PV System projects.
- Prepare Project/ Material costings thru coordination with the Technical, Procurement and Logistics Group as the case may be.
- Initiate regular updating of the Sales Monitoring Pipeline
- Develop Lists of Associations, Organizations the may require related solar pv system projects for further follow ups by the Sales Team as sales leads.
- Maintain other potential Client list and monitor updated project status and related concerns.
- Search for new clients who might benefit from renewable energy products or services and maximizing client potential.
- Develop Listing of Client Base.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements;
- Assist in negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;
- Develop Slide Presentation Materials that can be utilized during presentation meetings with potential clients.
- Provide pre-development assistance and after-sales support services, providing technical back up as required;
- Provide marketing and technical assistance during marketing events (Exhibits, Forums, Conventions), sales caravans, and client presentations;
- Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects; assist Finance in the collection of key accounts; and
- Perform other tasks that will be assigned from time to time related to sales and marketing.
- Prepare necessary documents for project construction from project mobilization to after-sales such as but not limited to Bill of Materials, Final Project Design, Progress Report, Testing and Commissioning, Project Turn-over and Acceptance.
- Work with local and international partners in project development
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing
- At least 2 years of work experience in Sales and Business Development
- Knowledgeable in basic Windows Application
