Responsibilities

Oversee the Managing Director's calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Manage emails and monitor other online communication platforms.

Prioritize and manage incoming requests accordingly, ensuring appropriate follow-up and action.

Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Prepare and process invoices, expenses and other financial or administrative documents.

Provide additional administrative support to other members of the team as needed.

Coordinate internal and external meetings, trainings and other company events.

Assist in planning and executing special projects and events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

Ability to work independently, manage tasks/deadlines efficiently and handle confidential information with discretion.

Proactive self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of delivering results with minimal supervision.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Trello and other relevant software tools.
