With the Philippines as a key delivery center, we are expanding our local team and seeking a Delivery Manager to spearhead project success and foster an agile culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, maintaining high-quality standards, meeting timelines, and adhering to budgets
- Proactively monitor project progress, identifying risks, and implementing effective solutions
- Collaborate across multiple regions, acting as a key contact to support project alignment and manage workforce needs in the Philippines
- Foster a strong agile culture, promoting collaboration, flexibility, and responsiveness to change
- Work with cross-functional teams in strategy, design, data science, and engineering to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs
- Actively support regional teams (Australia, North America, China, Latam) in managing project resources, timelines, and operational requirements
- Facilitate training initiatives to strengthen the agile mindset and enhance project management capabilities within the team
- Conduct regular retrospectives and assessments to improve workflows and maximize productivity
- Mentor and guide team members, promoting an inclusive, high-performance work environment that aligns with company goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in project management within digital or IT consulting, with a focus on cross-regional collaboration
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and agile project delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships across different regions and cultures
- Experience in managing resources and workflows in a global delivery model, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams, including strategy, data science, design, and engineering
- Prior experience in a leadership role with team management and mentoring responsibilities is highly desirable
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar certifications are a plus
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)
- Work Location: Quezon City
- Shift Schedule: Day Shift (9:00AM - 6:00PM); 9 hours a day, 5 days a week
