- Identify and evaluate the electricity monitoring needs of various property types (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.).

- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and industry standards for safety and performance.
- Research and stay up to date with emerging technologies in smart metering and energy management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical systems design, energy monitoring, or IoT-based metering solutions.
- Strong knowledge of electricity consumption monitoring technologies and metering standards.
- Experience working with IoT sensors, smart meters, and communication protocols (e.g., LoRaWAN, Zigbee, MQTT, Modbus).
- Familiarity with energy management systems (EMS) and building automation systems (BAS).
- Hands-on experience in configuring and installing metering hardware.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including software developers and property management professionals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
