Business Development (Leads Generation) Manager
Position Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, focusing on generating high-quality leads and creating opportunities for our sales pipeline. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, engage them through various communication channels, and qualify them for our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Identification and Research:
- Identify potential clients through research and various lead generation tools.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify target markets.
- Maintain and update a database of potential clients.
- Client Engagement:
- Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, social media, and other communication channels.
- Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage and capture the interest of potential clients.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and assessing their potential as customers.
- Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
- Provide detailed information on leads to the sales team to facilitate effective follow-ups.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss lead quality and improvement strategies.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to lead generation activities.
- Analyze lead generation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation performance for management review.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging lead generation techniques.
- Continuously refine and improve lead generation processes and strategies.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance overall lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 year’s experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools – Salesforce experience required
- Sales enablement tool experience preferred: Salesloft, Outreach, Zoominfo
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Must be amenable to permanent night shift
- Must be amenable to work-from-home set up (but must reside within Metro Manila or Clark Pampanga)
