The human resources administrative coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the human resources department. This may entail conducting regular inspections of the facility's grounds and maintaining its assets to ensure they always comply with building regulations. Additionally, human resources administrator may also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to human resources. This position will be a key element in handling Manila Site's bills, monthly supply payments, and other administrative demands.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manages the facilities team's daily leave and attendance tracking.
  • Oversees the reception area and welcomes visitors, ensuring that they are accommodated and assisted inside the office.
  • Assist in managing correct and current employee room reservations.
  • Monitors office supplies and ensures that they are all restocked on time; they may also be requested to conduct inventories and provide reports.
  • Distributes office equipment and supplies to employees and maintains accountability form for everyone.
  • Handles HR and Admin inquiries from employees.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • May be assigned to other tasks relevant to business operations and the growth of the organization.
  • Completes administrative initiatives by choosing and putting into use new resources and technology, revamping processes, and suggesting the redeployment of certain resources.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Human Resources of Business-Related Course
  • At least 2-year(s) experience as an Admin
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical practices with sensitive information.
  • Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
