  • Oversee the technical aspects of designing, building, and running the world-class engineering teams necessary to enable the execution of the bank’s strategy and to compete effectively against local and international competitors.
  • Recruit, develop, and grow top technical talent through effective mentoring, coaching, succession planning, and retention strategies for key talent in a highly competitive economic environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  • At least 15 years IT experience working on engineering projects, with substantial exposure to the banking or financial services sector.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, managing diverse engineering teams and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Deep technical expertise in modern application development technologies, architectures, and best practices, particularly in security, scalability, and compliance.
  • Open to working in a hybrid setup
