Payment Solutions Manager

This position supports operational efficiency and productivity of cards acquiring business through:

• Accurate and timely review of requirements of Business Unit or Card Brands for EFT-POS (Electronic Fast Transfer- Point of Sale) application enhancements.
• Ensuring that application enhancements are developed according to the required specifications and are compliant with Card Brands and BSP regulatory requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Evaluates functional specifications obtained from users prior to actual software development by terminal vendors.
• Ensures that applications delivered by vendors are correct based on the specifications provided. Also makes sure that the existing functionalities are not affected by the new application.
• Ensures that terminal software bugs or issues found during SIT (Software Integration Test) and UAT(User Acceptance Test) are completely addressed.
• Investigate and resolved problems or POS related Issues encountered in production.
• Oversees provision of training for users on the terminal operating procedures and on the functionality of the terminal software applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder preferably in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology
• With at least 5 years of experience in hardware, software, and POS implementation and maintenance, preferably gained from a bank or other financial institutions
• Must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas
