Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Growth & Marketing Execution
Act as the go-to person for growth, ensuring fast, efficient, and measurable outcomes.
Own and drive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) across multiple channels, strategically allocating ad budgets to meet performance goals.
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies—including ads, social media, and email campaigns—to fuel revenue growth.
Leverage data insights to optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and ROI.
Own revenue targets, utilizing the marketing team to consistently deliver and exceed goals.
2. Tool Management & Operational Efficiency
Oversee and manage marketing integrations, including Stripe, Google Merchant Center, Meta Business Suite, and affiliate/referral programs.
Define product specifications, gather stakeholder input, and manage marketing tools from concept to execution.
Create and manage custom Google Merchant Center feeds to boost product visibility in Google Shopping.
Manage product listings across platforms like Amazon, TikTok, Pinterest, Rakuten, and Bing, optimizing for maximum reach.
Ensure best practices in Stripe integration for seamless payment processing.
Utilize no-code/low-code tools within WooCommerce to maintain efficient marketing operations with minimal engineering support.
3. Affiliate & Partnership Growth
Manage affiliate and referral programs, including Avantlink, and explore opportunities for growth through strategic partnerships.
Enroll in partnership and affiliate programs (e.g., Google Cloud Partner Program) to expand company’s reach.
4. Analytics & Automation
Regularly review marketing performance using Google Merchant Center, Amplitude, Meta Ads, GA, and Google Search Console.
Build dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio) to track campaign performance and monitor the monetary impact of organic keywords.
Create and manage simple API integrations (e.g., Google Cloud) to automate data feeds and improve marketing insights.
5. Product & Operational Management
Oversee the end-to-end management of marketing tools and systems, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Design and implement a playbook for scalable marketing operations, ensuring efficient execution and consistency across distribution channels.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 2–5 years in roles like Product Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or Business Analyst, with a focus on revenue growth and marketing performance.
Performance Marketing, Return on Ads Spend (ROAS) across multiple channels (Google Merchant Center, Meta Ads, Email Campaigns)
Hands on experience in setting up and managing advertising campaigns
Ability to design and plan to allocate budget across different channels and deliver on ROAS.
Skills: Strong analytical abilities, expertise in ad budget planning, and hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and campaigns.
Bonus Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data analysis.
Mindset: Resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of independently setting up and scaling marketing operations.
