Job Description for Operations Manager:

  • Lead the launch and growth of the pioneer PH site, scaling operations and building a high-performing team.
  • Oversee end-to-end contact center operations, including live chat, email, outbound, and inbound support, with potential sales elements.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the site while ensuring operational efficiency and excellence.
  • Manage site performance, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align operations with business objectives and optimize in-house capabilities.
  • Foster a strong company culture, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
  • Act as a key decision-maker, driving innovation and contributing to the company's long-term success in the region.

A Successful Operations Manager Should Have

  • Proven expertise in leading and managing a site, including contact center operations.
  • Strong background in handling live chat, email, inbound/outbound support, and sales-driven customer interactions.
  • Ability to scale operations, build teams, and drive business growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong strategic mindset, with a track record of implementing operational improvements and best practices.
  • Knowledge in both in-house and BPO contact center models is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
  • Deep understanding of compliance, industry standards, and local labor regulations.
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and passionate about building and leading a pioneer team.
