We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Admin (Civil Engineer) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of commercial properties, managing projects, and supporting the strategic goals of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Management to oversee commercial projects and ensure alignment with MDC’s vision and goals.
  • Manage the coordination of all operational requirements, including legal, financial, engineering, administrative, and customer service aspects.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports for the Managing Director (Commercial).
  • Work with the commercial team to manage budgets, control expenses, and improve collection efficiency.
  • Provide consultation on organizational strategies.
  • Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with emergency preparedness, energy conservation, and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Conduct project inspections and ensure standards are met.
  • Coach the Commercial technical team and external partners, including security and utility providers, to address challenges and avoid risks.
  • Evaluate property management and security agency performance.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance of property systems such as generators, HVAC, elevators, fire alarms, and more.
  • Manage repair plans and coordinate contractors for timely fixes.
  • Review financials and project performance, identifying corrective actions as necessary.
  • Oversee maintenance records, inspections, contracts, and expenses.
  • Establish a 24/7 Help Desk to ensure emergency preparedness.
  • Recommend revenue-generating services to improve engineering and technical aspects of managed properties.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Preferably licensed Civil Engineer.
  • Experience in property management, engineering, or commercial project coordination.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
