ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst
The role is responsible for leading and driving end-to-end requirements management process in a ServiceNow implementation project. Required to have deep knowledge/experience on the ServiceNow platform and end-to-end functionality of one or more ServiceNow modules.
This role should be a strong communicator, organizer and have excellent people and customer service skills, balanced with technical skills.
Key Deliverables:
- Organize and drive requirements gathering workshops.
- Responsible for capturing, analysis and documentation of business and functional requirements.
- Create a close connect with the client business teams
- Ability to translate business and functional requirements into technical requirements to aid development team
- Understand and document As-Is business processes. Gather, analyze and contribute to design and reengineering of business processes
- Coordinate with both client & development team to make sure requirements are clarified and signed off.
- Coordinate and support UAT
- Develop or contribute to development of job aids and training courses
Desired Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in job relevant field required.
- Minimum 3-5 relevant years of job-related experience required (prior IT project management experience in planning and implementing enterprise level systems, highly preferred)
- Experience in IT Service Management processes and tools required
- Experience in requirement analysis and business process re-engineering required
- Prior experience in agile methodologies (experience in product management) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and lead presentations, training courses, and effective meetings
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise staff and special initiatives
- Demonstrated integrity, independent thinking, judgment, and respect for others
- Demonstrated leadership, versatility and integrity
Good to have skills:
- Experience in HRSD/GRC/ITOM/SecOps/CSM required
- Nice to have knowledge on Pre-Sales activity
- ServiceNow Certifications
