Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing projects, knowledge management systems, and Microsoft 365 solutions
- Strong background in Microsoft 365 (M365), Azure Solutions, and security, including experience with implementation and administration.
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate, or Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans.
- Oversee the budget, timeline, scope, and quality of the service, and reports on the progress and performance of the team.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Manage security protocols and ensure compliance
- Implement and oversee security measures to protect data and systems throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest M365 features, updates, and best practices.
