The Senior Business Manager for ActivAsia Inc. is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence for ActivAsia Inc and its brand activation services. This role involves leveraging customer knowledge and building relationships with key clients. He/She will have the opportunity to learn and grow, supporting and working closely with the Business Development Team/s, Creatives, and Operational teams to deliver impactful and excellent brand activation campaigns.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Market Research:

- Lead AAI’s understanding of the Brand Activation Market by assisting with market research, sharing analysis, identifying market trends and client needs, and having a good understanding of the competitive landscape.

- Generate and use insights to inform the team of business development strategies and plans, and influence campaign planning and execution.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with current core and potential clients, agencies, and partners.

- Negotiate terms and conditions, and finalize contracts with clients and partners, ensuring mutual benefits.

3. Sales and Revenue Growth:

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for AAI through researching for potential markets and Clients to expand to.

- Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, focusing on AAI’s brand activation services.

- Engage with leads through various communication channels and understand needs AAI can address.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

4. Campaign Development:

- Collaborate with AAI’s cross functional teams, notably BD, Create, Ops and Finance to develop innovative and effective brand activation campaigns.

- Ensure campaigns align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams within AAI to ensure alignment of business development strategies.

- Provide feedback and insights to improve AAIs brand activation services.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

- Monitor and report on business development performance metrics.

- Provide regular updates to the Business Development Director on progress and achievements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- 3 to 4 years' prior industry related business development experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Must be client oriented.

- Must be people oriented.

- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

- Focused and goal oriented.

- Team player
