Mechanical Service Engineer (Food and Packaging Materials)

Key Duties:

The Mechanical Service Engineer for Food Processing Equipment and Packaging Materials Equipment is responsible to provide timely and proper technical service support to Rieckermann Philippines customers. This includes installations, reinstallations, troubleshooting, commissioning, and preventive maintenance for complex and conventional machines.

• Technical Service - Provide installation according to plans and engineering drawing; maintenance and troubleshoot remotely and/or on-site; and repair of industrial equipment and solutions for customers
• Reporting - Ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting concerning operations and services
• Spare Parts - Provide expert recommendations on spare parts to customers, enhancing their overall satisfaction and experience
• Customer Relationship - Foster strong customer relationship through exceptional service and communication

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in technical and field servicing, with focus on food processing equipment and equipment for packaging materials
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrate goal-oriented, dynamic, and high-responsibility attributes with effective planning, analytical, and implementation skills
• Excels both under pressure and when working independently, while maintaining strong team spirit and disciplined work habits
• Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Readiness to travel frequently and on short notice
