About this Position As a Financial Controlling Analyst, your primary goal is to perform daily and monthly financial controlling tasks in alignment with established service level agreements. You play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of financial information within the organization. What You´ll Do

  • Perform daily and monthly Financial Controlling tasks in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreement
  • Ensure on time delivery for all business queries and request, and quality of data provided to the requesters and communicates with Business Units and Local countries for operational issues and process improvements
  • Perform in accordance to department procedures, initiate and implement process improvement opportunities and ensure that procedures are consistent with desired controls
  • Communicate with stakeholder for inquiries related to specific tasks; Create root cause analysis and provide solutions

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any Finance courses
  • Minimum of three (3) years' relevant experience in General Accounting/Controlling/Audit; Preferably obtained from a multinational or shared service industry
  • Intermediate MS Excel is required; Knowledge in VBA, Macros, and SAP experience are highly preferred
  • Strong English communication (verbal & written), analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent project management skills and continuous improvement mindset; Should be customer and results oriented
  • Amenable to work on a regular dayshift (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM) and work at least four days of night shift (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM) during month-end closing, and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
