Coordinate proposal through every stage of development, including capturing input from contributors, researching, analyzing, personalizing content to client needs, conceptualizing graphics, and resolving issues

  • Refine value propositions, solution depictions, and help pinpoint unique selling points
  • Read and interpret solicitation documents (RFPs) to identify critical content items required for a compliant response
  • Serve as technical writer, proofreader and editor
  • Adhere to published global brand guidelines and style guides for all projects
  • Contribute in a diverse, highly collaborative virtual environment that values innovation, creativity, and quality
  • Help maintain the library of assets
  • Provide project status reports at regularly scheduled checkpoints with leadership
  • Other related project management and design tasks as assigned
  • Research techniques to remain updated on key technology, marketing, and industry trends

  • Strong sense of ownership, a disciplined approach to quality and an awareness of its effect on the intended executive audience
