In this role, you will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts, overseeing the development and execution of marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Content Development:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead the creation of high-quality content for digital and print platforms, including blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and resonates with target audiences.
  • Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent messaging.

Customer Acquisition:

  • Find and create targeted customer data responsible for identifying and attracting new customers through targeted acquisition campaigns.
  • Hold the responsibility for identifying and attracting new customers by researching target segments, developing data-driven marketing strategies, and executing multi-channel acquisition campaigns such as leveraging email, social media, and digital advertising while maintaining and updating customer databases for precise and effective outreach.
  • Involves researching potential customer segments, developing data-driven marketing strategies, and executing outreach initiatives to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Develop and implement customer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, digital ads, etc.).
  • Maintain and update customer databases for targeted outreach.
  • Focus on driving engagement, improve conversion rates, and support overall business growth

Marketing Strategy And Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Social Media Leadership:

  • Oversee social media strategy and content creation to drive engagement and growth.
  • Monitor trends and ensure alignment with current best practices.
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a certification / training on the related field (required)
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, Google Analytics, Google merchant, social media ad spend tools, and email marketing software.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
