Position: Technical Service Support-Presales
Client: Leading player in both consumer and professional tool markets
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales support, including on-site customer visits, technical communications, managing competitive conversions, and assisting with product selection and quotations.
- Support key accounts and projects by analyzing customer requirements, conducting competitive benchmarks, preparing comprehensive bidding proposals and technical documentation (HT/PT), and participating in technical negotiations.
- Prepare and present vertical solution/application documentation to target customers, and support technical seminars, user training sessions, and product demonstrations.
- Develop technical sales tools such as product selection aids, along with product, application, and vertical market presentations (e.g., PowerPoint slides).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with the sales team, defining and exploring potential markets and customer segments.
Requirements:
- College’s degree in Engineering or related
- Minimum 5 years working experience in technical or support area
- B2B industrial experience is a must
- Good communicating skill with engineer mindset
- Experiences in product support/ bidding process
- Result driven, able to work in challenging business environment
- Be able to take initiatives, self-motivated and problem -solving skill
