Job Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a strategic business plan that drives sales growth, revenue, and expense control.
- Set and achieve planned sales targets while ensuring strong market presence and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering value-driven solutions.
- Oversee and manage the performance of the sales team, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Set individual sales targets and provide guidance, motivation, and coaching to support team success.
- Collaborate with key department heads (Finance, Customer Service, Marketing) to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive activities to drive business growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports, revenue forecasts, and expense analyses to the management team.
- Lead sales initiatives, including marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies, to boost revenue.
- Address customer concerns efficiently to maintain high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is a plus.
