The Operations Specialist will assist with client billing and the generation of reports. They will also assist the HR department with recruitment efforts, support initiatives to boost employee morale, and monitor performance. Responsibilities

  • Support in the monitoring and implementation of the operational policies and procedures to ensure alignment on the business goals.
  • Assist in the budget monitoring and reporting.
  • Create project billing and assist in following up collections from the clients.
  • Help maintain the receivables and payables monitoring file.
  • Coordinate with Finance or other relevant teams to track (and reconcile) expenses, billings, etc.
  • Assist in the procurement process.
  • Maintain and organize contracts and other documents.
  • Assist HR with recruitment and onboarding new employees.
  • Provide support in onboarding resources to their project assignment.
  • Provide admin support to the resources assigned to clients.
  • Act as liaison officer between UBX and clients.
  • Coordinate requirements with different teams within the organization and sometimes with the client.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Management or any 4-year course in a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative or operations role
  • Above average communication skills.
  • Impressive planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to respond appropriately to changing needs and to adjust initiatives and priorities accordingly
