Position Summary

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for executing social media strategies across various platforms to boost brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to create engaging content, track performance, and ensure our social media channels are active and aligned with our brand's voice and goals.

Duties And Responsibilities

Content Creation & Posting:

  • Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling daily posts across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Ensure that all content is aligned with the company’s brand, voice, and messaging.

Engagement & Community Management:

  • Monitor and engage with followers across social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Actively participate in conversations to build a strong online community and foster brand loyalty.

Campaign Support:

  • Assist in planning, launching, and managing social media campaigns, promotions, and giveaways.
  • Support influencer collaborations, tracking performance and ensuring alignment with campaign goals.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Use data to identify opportunities for optimization and recommend improvements to future content and strategies.

Trend Monitoring:

  • Stay on top of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand stays relevant and innovative.
  • Suggest new content formats and strategies to keep the community engaged.

Collaboration with Teams:

  • Work closely with the content, creative, and marketing teams to align social media content with larger marketing goals.

Brand Reputation & Crisis Management:

  • Support cross-functional teams by providing insights into social media trends and opportunities.
  • Help manage the company’s reputation and respond to negative comments or concerns.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in social media management or community management
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
  • Familiarity with key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube) and their tools.
  • Strong writing, communication, and editing skills with an eye for detail.
  • Passion for social media, digital trends, and content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Basic understanding of online gambling industry regulations and guidelines for social media content is a plus.
