- Collaborate closely with the brand team to align on business objectives and develop comprehensive activation plans
- Coordinate all aspects of brand events, including local launch events, tactical activations, and seasonal events, both online and offline
- Negotiate, prepare, and execute event plans and contracts, ensuring alignment with budgetary and timeline constraints
- Manage event logistics and coordinate presentation and material support with the Events Head
- Work collaboratively with the PR team throughout the event planning process, including media and talent coordination and production preparations
- Work collaboratively with the Digital team to promote events and amplify engagement, achieving key performance indicators such as attendance, viewership, and engagement
- Undertake internal events and projects for the company, providing end-to-end event planning and execution support
- Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with partners and clients, ensuring satisfaction and successful project outcomes
- Optimize project spends to ensure efficiency and maximize agency scope of work
- Ensure all responsibilities and deliverables are accomplished on time and in accordance with client expectations
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the Events business, both digitally and traditionally, for Skyrocket Studios PH Inc
- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth within the Events sphere and broader ecosystem
- Forge partnerships within the Events community to enhance business opportunities and foster collaboration
- Maintain systematic storage , inventory, and organization of all Events-Production equipment, ensuring availability and readiness for events
- Ensure proper permissions are set for all files and equipment, safeguarding company assets and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions, providing support and insights in events and activations
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and communicating ideas effectively to internal teams and clients
- Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to creative operations and project management
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in operational processes and tools
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement
- Proven track record of effectively liaising with external stakeholders, including experience in sourcing, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to ensure successful event execution
- Hands-on experience in efficiently managing resources and budgets to optimize project outcomes
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing, Advertising, Creative, Technology, and general advertising industry knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides
- Highly organized, particularly in utilizing digital collaboration tools such as Google Drive and Asana
