As the key market for growth, we are looking for Speciality tire Sales Manager Philippine to join our Team to support our clients in the Philippine.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for the Philippine market development (focusing on Off-the-Road Agricultural and Industrial Tire).
- Collect market intelligence, including the market share and potential market capacity, develop market development plan and competition plan accordingly.
- Plan and implement local marketing strategy and plans.
- Develop new customers and maintain current customers, including the formulation of annual sales planning, pricing, order receiving, etc.
- Complete the sales targets set by the company, and increase sales volume and market share.
- Handle customer claims and complaints with support from group Service and Technical teams.
- Regular market and customer visits, feedback on changes in the Philippine market conditions, assist with the new channel development.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Driving Force: sales professional with strong goal commitment and pursuit.
- Professional skills: customer-centric, emergency handling, work planning and executing.
- General skills: learning and feedback, internal and external communications, stress tolerance, emotional management.
- Computer skills: Microsoft, powerpoint
- Language: English.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- More than 5 years sales experience in tires business.
- Familiar with the OTR tire industry in the Philippines, equipped with certain technical service capabilities
- can accept business trips
