Roving Engineer provides support to the Building Manager through efficient management of the day-to-day operations and preventive maintenance program to ensure critical building systems (mechanical, electrical, fire protection, CCTV, BMS, access control, HVAC, etc.) are operational and reliable.

- To ensure reliable operations of building equipment system, physical appearance, safety & security of all facilities by conducting regular inspection.
- Consistently implement preventive maintenance works & undertake corrective maintenance if necessary.
- Coordination to third party service providers for any repairs needed for the project.
- Monitor & maintain inventory of tools and engineering consumables. Ensure building has ample inventory by keeping stocks cards updated.
- Responds to residents & tenants calls, give assessment to the Building Manager for proper course of actions.
- Assist Building Manager in the performance evaluation of Service Providers.
- To perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
- Conduct daily walkthrough, building inspection and submit daily inspection report to Building Managers and weekly accomplishment reports.
- Daily email status report to Building Manager.
- Daily monitoring and recording and analysis of utility consumption.
- Project management and evaluation of performance of contractors.
- Oversee repairs and installation works of equipment and on-going projects.
- Witness testing and commissioning of newly installed equipment.
- Assist during LGU inspections and other regulatory activities.
- Prepare PR for supplies consumables.
- Review contractor and vendor performance.
- Inspection of on-going fit-out works, ensure compliance to the plans, specifications and building guidelines
- Undertake and accomplish work assignments given by the Building Manager and/or Property Head from time to time
- Proper turn-over of information, instruction, and undertakings to the incoming engineer.
- Able to demonstrate thorough understanding on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and life safety systems.
- Technical skills in design & installation.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently with excellent attention to detail
- Customer orientation with sufficient PR skills, can handle/manage difficult situations.
- Able to understand or interpret plans.
- Good in both written & oral communication
- Can use Microsoft Office Application (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fresh licensed Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in Building Maintenance Operations is recommended but not required.
- Willing to report in a shifting schedule around Muntinlupa City
