About this Position As a Reporting Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with the business to provide insightful reports and analyses utilizing internal systems and third-party data sources. Your primary goal is to deliver accurate and timely financial and market research data, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning within the company. What You´ll Do

  • Partner with the business by providing reports and analyses, primarily using Henkel internal systems (Sell-in) and 3rd party scan data systems (Sell-out)
  • Reporting and presentation preparation of financial and market research data with competitive data gathering via market research and social media tracking
  • Act as point person/SME in assisting colleagues in handling special analysis, ad hoc requests from stakeholders and resolving issues/inquiries from counterparts
  • Conduct root cause analyses and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Handle other related duties that may be assigned by superior

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Sales/Computer Science/IT
  • Minimum of three (3) years' relevant experience in Technical Reporting (Power BI and Power Query); Preferably has market research experience
  • Intermediate to Advance knowledge in Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Power BI/Power Query
  • Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Amenable to work on a day-shift schedule (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
