About this Position As a Reporting Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with the business to provide insightful reports and analyses utilizing internal systems and third-party data sources. What You´ll Do

- Partner with the business by providing reports and analyses, primarily using Henkel internal systems (Sell-in) and 3rd party scan data systems (Sell-out)
- Reporting and presentation preparation of financial and market research data with competitive data gathering via market research and social media tracking
- Act as point person/SME in assisting colleagues in handling special analysis, ad hoc requests from stakeholders and resolving issues/inquiries from counterparts
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle other related duties that may be assigned by superior
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Sales/Computer Science/IT
- Minimum of three (3) years' relevant experience in Technical Reporting (Power BI and Power Query); Preferably has market research experience
- Intermediate to Advance knowledge in Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Power BI/Power Query
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills
- Amenable to work on a day-shift schedule (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
