About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. This role will oversee Employee Engagement, Benefit Administration, Payroll Management, Onboarding & Offboarding, Performance Management, and other HR functions to support a fast-paced, digital-first work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the e-commerce or tech industry and a strong understanding of HR best practices tailored to a rapidly growing organization.
What you will do:
HR Administration & Payroll Support
- Process payroll, monitor paid time off, leaves, and other employment specifics for PH employees and contractors.
- Handle payroll adjustments, bonuses, commissions, and incentive payouts, which are often linked to sales performance.
- Oversee company benefits programs, including healthcare, wellness perks, hybrid work allowances, and other industry-specific benefits.

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for full-time employees and contractors in the Philippines, India and China.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions.
Employee Lifecycle & Relations
- Support performance management, goal setting, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle workplace concerns, providing guidance on employee relations and compliance.
Culture & Engagement
- Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition events to enhance company culture.
- Support onsite and virtual events, including global team visits.
Compliance & HR Operations
- Maintain accurate HR records, track benefits administration, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- With 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in an e-commerce, tech, or digital company.
- Strong understanding of payroll, benefits administration, and performance management in a remote/hybrid work setup.
- Experience working with HRIS, payroll systems, and employee engagement tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
