He/She/They will be ensuring that the team complies with regulations, mandatory brand requirements, and internal policies and guidelines. Liases with the relevant cross-functional teams for all programs and initiatives to be implemented, to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, brand mandates and internal rules. Prepares the necessary compliance and risk assessment reports, and for managing and coordinating the requirements and deliverables of the team during an audit exercise.

The Responsibilities we will trust you with:

  • Handles and manages compliance-related tasks and deliverables of the team, ensuring to meet any set deadlines or comply-by dates.
  • Prepares the requirements and liaise with cross-functional units for new bulletins, internal audits, regulatory audits, and the like.
  • Provides regular updates to the team on the status of deliverables.
  • Be a subject matter expert on internal policy, and brand and regulatory circulars.
  • As needed, develops and launch card acquisition, early engagement and retention programs and initiatives that will drive card application and activation, within the approved budget. Closely monitor performance and make the necessary recommendations to sustain and continuously increase productivity.
  • Conducts training as necessary among sales/acquisition channels to boost compliance, process or product knowledge.

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be:

  • Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably a marketing or business-related course
  • At least five (5) years of managerial or supervisory experience in compliance, sales or brand management, preferably of consumer products and services

You must be willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
