Role Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role would be responsible for connecting with brokers, consultants, coaches, and other leads to promote the company and help establish business relationships. They will be responsible for preparing pitch decks, creating promotional materials, and monitoring marketing campaigns through dashboards and reports.

WORK SCHEDULE: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (9:30 PM – 6:30 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

Essential Functions

  • Create and send email blasts to franchise brokers, consultants, and coaches
  • Provide monthly updates on at least 7 broker portals
  • Create LinkedIn posts and social media content for the team to use
  • Conduct weekly running and sharing of reports on sales team metrics from the CRM
  • Use a dashboard to stay informed on Google Analytics and provide alerts on any issues
  • Update and create PowerPoint decks
  • Create and update email and SMS drip campaigns for leads in the CRM
  • Strategize proactively to drive online franchisee leads
  • Interview franchisees for testimonials
  • Respond to the broker's emailed questions about territory availability
  • Working with the team on planning Discovery Day meetings and order give-outs
  • Schedule calls and meetings as well as confirm candidates’ fit with our brand
  • Follow up on unresponsive leads through text, phone, and email

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
  • Background in marketing, including experience in email creation, deployment, and management
  • Experience with video editing and production
  • Adept at managing calendars
  • Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Experience with Canva and social media platforms
  • Ability to learn and work within the GBBIS mapping software
  • FRAN knowledge is a big plus
  • Strong organization skills, with the ability to juggle many tasks and with good follow-up
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
  • Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
