Bron Goods is looking for a detail-oriented, independent, reliable, and proactive bookkeeper to help us stay on top of our finances. We’re a fast-growing wholesale and e-commerce resale business, specializing in sneakers, streetwear, and high-demand products. We sell on platforms like StockX, GOAT, Alias, and eBay, and we need help tracking our daily sales, managing QuickBooks, and provide insights into our financial health.

If you're experienced in bookkeeping, sales tracking, and financial reporting, and love the idea of working with an exciting business, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

We’re looking for someone who can keep our financials organized and accurate, without us having to stress about it. Your key responsibilities will include:

Tracking Sales & Payouts

· Record daily sales transactions from StockX, GOAT, Alias, and eBay in Excel.

· Make sure everything matches with QuickBooks and bank deposits.

· Keep track of fees, refunds, and chargebacks so nothing falls through the cracks.

Managing QuickBooks & Reconciling Transactions

· Categorize all revenue, expenses, and taxes in QuickBooks.

· Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and sales payouts.

· Set up rules and automations so things run smoothly without tons of manual work.

Keeping Track of Sales Tax (PST/GST)

· Make sure we’re tracking PST/GST properly for Canadian sales.

· Generate monthly sales tax reports so we always know what’s due.

· Ensure everything is accurate and compliant.

Providing Financial Reports & Business Insights

· Generate weekly and monthly profit & loss reports, cash flow summaries, and sales trends.

· Spot spending patterns and cost-saving opportunities.

· Identify which products are making us the most money and flag anything unusual.

Making Processes More Efficient (preferred, but not required)

· Help us optimize Excel for financial tracking.

· Use Zapier or automation tools to streamline sales tracking.

· Make sure we’re not wasting time on manual data entry.

What we're looking for

Although a CPA is a huge plus, it's not required. We are looking for someone who loves numbers, details, and making things more efficient. You’re a great fit if:

· Have a love and passion for sneakers & streetwear

· Have experience with e-commerce bookkeeping (StockX, GOAT, eBay, or Shopify is a big plus).

· Know QuickBooks Online (QBO) like the back of your hand.

· Are comfortable tracking inventory costs (COGS) and reconciling sales.

· Have experience with sales tax tracking (PST/GST is a plus but not required).

· Are super organized and detail-oriented (because numbers don’t lie).

· Enjoy data analysis and spotting trends.

· Fluent in English

Tools You'll be using

· QuickBooks (QBO) - managing finances, creating account summaries, financial reports, and more.

· Excel - Tracking sales, spot trends, reconcile inventory & sales, profit analysis
