About the Role

The Junior Claims Administrator would use our purpose-built portal to validate on the start of the claim, lodge claims, validating and uploading documents onto files. The documents and incoming claims would be received via email. The foundation of this position is data entry, so although the experience level doesn’t need to be high however, attention to detail is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry into claims portal
  • Log claims for clients in the client's system
  • Manage data and upload documents into the client's system
  • Manage a shared inbox and action required tasks daily
  • Support other key stakeholders throughout the claim lifecycle as required
  • Ad hoc duties as required


RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For:
  • At least 1 year Australian Insurance Claims experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Proactive and committed
  • Personable and approachable
