Minimum Requirements

  • Applicants must be Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines.
  • The candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, in Human Resources or any related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience specializing in Sourcing and Recruitment is required for this position.
  • Knowledge of various sourcing channels is a must and experience in end-to-end recruitment preferably in a FinTech or BPO/Outsourcing business.
  • The candidate must have experience in volume hiring and lead generation activities.

Must Have Skills

  • Have a strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, hiring processes, and how to best optimize for efficiency and quality.
  • Analytical and have strong problem-solving skills with confidence working with data.
  • No stranger to a fast-changing environment, with a “do what it takes” approach.
  • Familiarity with Google’s GSuite (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Sheets etc.).
  • Solid working knowledge of internal and external trends in recruitment and selection.
  • Solid Verbal and written communication skills.

Good To Have Skills

  • Familiarity with Canva and other design tools, if applicable.
  • Experience in Project-based mass hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing a detailed understanding of Elemnta’s business to our candidates.
  • Drive the end-to-end recruiting process which includes gathering job requirements, developing and executing effective sourcing strategies, assessing job applicants, and offering negotiations.
  • Supporting recruitment efforts to enhance the quality and alignment of talent acquisition processes.
  • Create and manage a great experience for all candidates throughout the application and interviewing process.
  • Handle and support our current ATS system and recruitment initiatives.

This is a full-time position following the 9 AM to 6 PM Manila schedule.
