· Reviews and Endorses Prospect Business Partner Assessment Form

· Ensures data accuracy and timeliness of endorsement and approval

Existing Business Partner Profitability Review

· Profit and loss Statement prepares the P&L analysis across Business Partners

· Ensure profitable returns for Business Partners and PCPPI

Third Party Delivery Performance Monitoring

· Utilization Analysis: Calculate and assess truck capacity usage, identify usage patterns, area

accessibility, and monitor efficiency.

· Create monthly reports on utilization metrics and trends.

Sales Manager's Stand-up Meetings - Materials Preparation and Minutes of the Meeting

· Summarize key trends and insights of meeting material for discussion.

· Summarize and analyze the discussion from the Daily Stand-Up which focused on reviewing progress,

establishing action items, and setting up monitoring procedures for updates.

Territory Managers Productivity

· Evaluate productivity levels and identify areas for improvement.

· Summarize findings in regular reports, highlighting key metrics and deviations.
