Key Responsibilities:1. Omnichannel Strategy Development

  • Design and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that align with client business objectives across multiple touchpoints
  • Develop end-to-end marketing funnels for e-commerce brands, ensuring seamless transitions from awareness, engagement, and consideration to conversion and retention
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance across paid media, organic content, live selling, and web platforms
  • Media Buying & Performance Marketing
  • Work closely with media buyers to develop ROI-driven advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and in-platform ad channels (Lazada & Shopee Ads)
  • Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates, ensuring budget efficiency and maximum results
  • Develop retargeting and retention strategies using first-party data, CRM, and email marketing automation
  • Social Media & Content Strategy
  • Lead the development of content strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter/X) that align with business goals
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce photo and video content that enhances brand storytelling and engagement
  • Implement data-backed content planning, ensuring content resonates with target audiences and drives measurable results

Qualifications & Experience:

3+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, preferably in an agency setting.

Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee.

Proven experience in media planning, content strategy, live selling, and conversion-focused campaigns.

Familiarity with performance marketing metrics, analytics tools, and CRM platforms.

Experience working with influencers/KOLs and integrating them into digital campaigns.

Knowledge of web UX, CRO, and digital branding for e-commerce.

Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to develop data-driven strategies.
