Account specific roles and responsibilities:
- Reviewing Medical Records: Thoroughly review and evaluate patient records, including therapy notes, discharge summaries, clinical notes, and progress notes, to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Clinical Packet Preparation: Prepare and send clinical packets to SNFs in accordance with required guidelines, ensuring all relevant documentation is included
- Clinical Note Evaluation: Assess and verify the clinical validity of therapy notes, progress notes, and other patient-related documentation to ensure that all records reflect appropriate care and treatment plans
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all patient records meet regulatory and facility standards for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaboration: Work closely with medical and administrative staff to resolve any issues with patient documentation and to facilitate the timely submission of clinical records
- Data Entry & Recordkeeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of the clinical review process, tracking any discrepancies or issues that need to be addressed
- Current and valid PHRN license
- Good working knowledge with US Healthcare Insurance
- Strong knowledge of prehospital patient care protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Must be residing within GMA (Greater Manila Area)
- Willing to work on shifting schedule (weekdays and weekends)
