About the Role:
As a Case Management Specialist, you'll handle a variety of financial cases related to chargebacks, refunds, and disputes, primarily focusing on platforms such as Amazon FBA, Walmart, and eBay. You will need to be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to balance independent research with time management skills. We value creativity, problem-solving, and the ability to work autonomously.
This is a full-time position that requires independent work, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication to coordinate effectively with carriers and marketplace representatives. You’ll also contribute to improving processes within the finance department to minimize financial disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Filings and Documentation: Manage cases related to financial disputes, chargebacks, or refunds accurately and promptly.
- Dispute Resolution: Resolve financial discrepancies and disputes that arise with customers on platforms like Amazon FBA, Backmarket, Walmart, and eBay.
- Communication & Coordination: Work with carriers and marketplace reps to communicate case details and resolve disputes.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze case data, identify financial trends, fraud risks, and areas for improvement.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial policies and terms of service set by carriers and marketplaces.
- Customer Interaction Support: Provide support to the customer service team regarding inquiries or complaints related to refunds or chargebacks.
- Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all financial dispute cases for auditing purposes.
- Resolution Tracking: Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely resolution.
- Process Improvement: Suggest improvements based on recurring issues to optimize case handling and reduce financial disputes.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Hands-on experience in Case Management roles, especially in Amazon FBA and similar platforms.
- Skills:
- Ability to type 40 words per minute
- Proficiency in Gmail, Google Sheets, and Amazon Seller Central
- CRM experience is a plus
- Self-motivation, strong research, and time management skills
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
