- Ensures effective planning and accomplishment of preventive maintenance tasks according to plan.
- Evaluates daily monitoring of technician activities with regards to refirgeration system operation and maintenance.
- Assists in troubleshooting and initiates system upgrades.
- Ensures availability of power, steam, compressed air, water, and fuel.
- Ensures compliance with all internal and external auditing bodies.
- Ensures completion of customer-initiated work order.
- Initiates and conducts pre-bid and bid evaluations and recommends suppliers/contractors for the project.
- Determines and initiates the purchase of spare parts and monitors spare parts inventory.
- A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering courses.
- Preferably, a licensed Engineer.
- With at least three (3) years of experience in managing refirgeration and HVAC systems within a food manufacturing plant, ideally with involvement in similar production lines.
- Must have a proficient background in process equipment, refrigeration, ventilating systems, electrical power, water, steam, compressed air supply systems, and other rotating equipment operation and maintenance.
- Must possess strong communication skills and have a high level of tolerance to stress.
- Must be amenable to work onsite in Canlubang, Laguna.
