Job Description
  • Review Daily Financial Report (DFR) submitted from various business teams and prepare accounting journal for month-end and non-month end recording purposes.
  • Understand, analyze and process, system order and transaction level financial reports for recording in the General Ledger.
  • Handle review and evaluation of business process and controls that impact reliabity of the data that flow to the General Ledger.
  • Work with relevant business PICs and HQ Finance teams on relevant financial controllership matters including new businesses, accounting treatments, and financial strategies.
  • Accountable for efficiency and data quality improvement of their own processes.
  • Assist in annual audits and / or due diligence exercise

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related course.
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
  • Preferably 3-5 years working experience in audit, FMCG, e-commerce, trading, or logistics companies. New grads are also welcome.
  • Familiar with PFRS, IFRS knowledge or US GAAP, financial reporting internal controls, and management reporting is a plus.
  • Able to work in a dynamic work environment and is a good team player
  • Good with numbers and highly analytical
  • Amenable to work in a hybrid work set-up
