You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a robust network of freelancers, ensuring we have access to the best talent available.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified freelance candidates through various channels, including online job boards, freelance platforms, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific communities.
  • Proactively identify and engage potential freelancers, evaluating their skills, experience, and suitability for our projects.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified freelancers, anticipating future project needs.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with freelancers, ensuring competitive compensation and clear project deliverables.
  • At least 4 to 8 hours working time
  • Collaborate with project managers to understand their specific talent requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of project staffing needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in freelance recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with freelancers.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking system and Larksuite as primary communication tool
